The lightning bolt is an iconic Puebloan symbol for rain. 2020 has been marked by the trading of water as a commodity. As Indigenous communities continue their fight for clean water, scarcity is an added threat. Sustainability is at the forefront of every M.A.D. design and 3% of profits are donated to Earth Guardians, and their climate change advocacy.

Their mission:

These 2.3 inch long reclaimed/old-growth wood bolts are attached to a sterling silver 3mm ball post stud. Though the wood is dense and durable (while also being incredibly lightweight), they should be stored with care. All components are made in the U.S.A (Turtle Island).
